Welcome Meredith Laws

We're excited to announce that we have concluded our search for a Government Affairs Director and we're delighted with the outcome. After posting the job a few weeks ago we have received almost 30 applications. On Monday we interviewed 3 candidates and after much discussion and consideration we are pleased to introduce our own Meredith Laws as our new GAD! Meredith has a real passion for government affairs and loves to see our members shine - what a perfect combination!!! In the coming days and weeks Meredith will be busy putting together our Government Affairs committee and starting the process of charting our course for the year. If you have an interest in participating in GA, or have a personal contact in the world of public policy (planning commissioners, city planners, elected officials) please send Meredith a note so we can include you in the process. This program will thrive if we all agree to do a small part.
